Tracking your shipment
After your order ships, a confirmation email is sent with available tracking information. Carrier scans can take 24–48 hours to appear after a label is created.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be assessed import duties, taxes, or local handling fees by the destination country. Unless expressly collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Address changes and delivery issues
Contact Vcivik as soon as possible if the delivery address is incorrect. For a delayed, missing, damaged, or incomplete shipment, keep all packaging and contact support with your order number, tracking details, and clear photos when relevant.
